Selling a property from a distance can certainly seem like a challenge at first glance for most owners.  This is often the case when someone ends up with a property from the estate of a loved one who has passed on.

The great news is that it can all be accomplished with relative ease if you have the right team and know what to look for.   The best way to manage it all is to hire a company or individual to act as your project manager for bringing together all of the pieces for you.

For example, the project manager could not only bring in qualified contractor bids for renovation updates, but also for clean outs, and they could also help select finishing materials if they have design experience.
